When I play the video in MPC or Windows media player, it plays normally. The problem is the following: when I try playing the video in VLC, first several seconds I get black screen or frozen image, than the video plays normally afterwards (first part of the video is missing). For audio codec settings, I check 'keep original audio track'. For video codec settings, I do not change anything. I convert them with option Video - H.264 + MP3 (MP4). I use VLC to convert videos shot by my phone.
